Why is a 117–161 MB download required?
Spoke selects a private transcription model for your device. The one-time download lets transcription run locally and offline.
Does my audio sync?
No. Audio stays on the device where it was recorded. Optional sync contains note text and metadata only.
Why are Ask and Create locked?
Version 1.0.1 is deliberately local-first and has no active cloud-AI provider. The previews show the planned Pro direction without generating a request or charge.
My model download stopped
Keep enough free storage, reconnect, and retry. The persistent download survives navigation and process restarts. Spoke verifies every model file before recording is enabled.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Settings → Data & Support → Export ZIP includes active notes and locally available audio.
How do I report a capture or data-loss issue?
Email hi@studiokunj.com with your phone model, Android version, app version, and what happened. Do not attach private notes or audio unless you intentionally choose to.
